Describe your management style.
Fair, calm & engaging.
What is your biggest professional accomplishment?
Developing, growing & nurturing the Out in Schools program, an innovative anti-homophobia high school outreach initiative that has reached more than 30,000 youth since 2004.
What was your first job?
Working in the Soft-Serve Ice Cream and Pogo Stick Arts, while wearing a baby blue uniform at ‘Pik Nik’, a mall kiosk located in a suburban Ottawa. I did it for the uniform… my mom still has my staff apron!
What are you reading right now?
The Fortress of Solitude by Jonathan Lethem.

I’m a Ginger!
What is the last conference you attended?
I attended and presented at the 2011 International Foster Care Organization Conference in Victoria, BC.
